The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash (U.S. currency).
Please note that all ticket sales are final.
WILL CALL Tickets can be picked up 30 minutes prior to the event at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Accommodations
The theater is wheelchair accessible. Please contact the box office directly to purchase these seats. We also have Infrared Hearing Devices available for our patrons, at no charge.
Cameras and recording devices are not allowed.
The Apollo takes your health and comfort seriously. Our theater has enhanced air filtration, sanitation and reduced touchpoints including mobile tickets. We will be at 100% capacity with our staff masked and vaccinated. Audiences are strongly recommended to wear masks at all times throughout the theater
